1. Acceptance
By accessing or using GoStitchNest you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental supervision for kidswear orders) to use our services.
3. Marketplace Nature
GoStitchNest is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent tailors, boutiques and delivery partners. We facilitate the transaction; the contracted stitching service is performed by the partner you select.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable platform fees. Speed surcharges (Priority +25%, Express +60%) are added at checkout. Payments are processed via Razorpay; only successful payments confirm the order.
5. Pickup, Stitching & Delivery
Free pickup is offered within partner service areas. Stitching timelines (Standard 5–7 days, Priority 2–3 days, Express 24 hours) are best estimates and may vary based on the design complexity and material readiness. Delivery is performed by our verified delivery partners.
6. Customer Conduct
You agree to provide accurate measurements, valid pickup addresses, and lawful design references. Designs that infringe third-party intellectual property may be declined.
7. Quality Guarantee
If a stitched garment does not meet basic fit / quality standards, customers may request a free alteration within 7 days of delivery. Customised major changes beyond fit issues will be quoted separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoStitchNest's liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
