- Account info: name, email, mobile number, password (hashed).
- Profile info: body measurements, fit preferences, family member profiles you save.
- Order info: address, designs uploaded, vendor selection, payment status.
- Device & usage info: IP, browser type, pages visited, in-app actions (for security & analytics).
- AI-generated content: prompts and reference images you submit for virtual try-on.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Fulfil and deliver your stitching orders.
- Personalise size recommendations and AI try-on results.
- Process payments via Razorpay and refunds when applicable.
- Communicate order status (transactional emails / SMS / WhatsApp).
- Improve our products and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share limited information with: the tailor / boutique partner you book (name, measurements, design refs, pickup address); the delivery partner assigned to your order (name, phone, address); Razorpay for payment processing; AI providers (Google Gemini) for try-on generation in a privacy-respecting manner. We never sell personal data.
5. Data Security
All passwords are stored using bcrypt one-way hashing. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS-compliant Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers. Communications are encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to privacy@gostitchnest.com. You may also delete family profiles or measurement data from your dashboard.
7. Children's Privacy
GoStitchNest does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Kids' measurements (e.g. school uniforms) are managed under a parent or guardian's account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy periodically. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated via email.
